Kyle Bailey asked Steve Smith Sr. about the biggest areas of improvement needed for the Panthers to become successful in 2021…..Steve Smith laughed. It was clear that he thinks there is much work to be done.
“Everybody wants that Instagram picture of the parade, but nobody wants to go through the process to get there” Smith said.
Obviously, 2020 was a transitional year for the Panthers (5-11), Smith thinks they want to “be a running team and put up big numbers”.
The team has “the right plan, but not the right tools to successfully execute that plan” according to Smith.

-A Better Tight End
-Better Offensive Line play
-Better play from the Quarterback
