It’s that time again where Gaston Arts Council brings family, and friendly fun in collaboration with Gaston County Parks & Recreation.
Director, Kim George spoke with ‘Raised on the Block’ host, Star Connor about the upcoming event as well as other events. This year’s line up includes the Gaston Symphonic Band, and much more.
Arts in the Park 2016 will be held on Saturday, June 4 at the Dallas Park Amphitheater, Dallas NC (1303 Dallas Cherryville Highway) from 5 to 9 pm.
Besides “Arts in the Park,” George also talked about two other events that would be hosted this summer to maintain and keep the arts alive, including the June 18: Paint and Lunch with artist Ron Shepard.
