A woman who did not comply with boarding and baggage check procedures was literally dragged off a Delta Airlines flight at Detroit Metropolitan Airport recently. Attendants say she had “a huge attitude” and according to the same reports, the woman also walked past gate agents without showing an ID or boarding pass.

The Shade Room reports, “All hell broke loose when the unidentified woman had allegedly walked right passed agents at the gate without showing an id or boarding pass. Authorities were alerted but their requests for the woman to leave the aircraft went ignored. This led police to forcefully remove her by dragging her on the floor. Some witnesses also claim that the woman may have also been tased and that could’ve been the reason why she was on the floor in the first place.”

A spokeswoman for the airport told FOX 2 Detroit that the woman was ticketed but has yet to be charged for the incident:

“At approximately 8 this morning, Delta Air Lines contacted Detroit Metropolitan Airport’s police department requesting assistance with a passenger who would not comply with boarding and baggage check procedures at a McNamara Terminal gate.

“When officers arrived, Delta Air Lines stated the woman could not remain on board. Despite repeated requests by officers, the woman refused to leave the aircraft and had to be removed. She was arrested and charges are pending.”

Passengers apparently felt police used excessive force to remove the woman from the flight. Some also felt she was treated unfairly, as not too long ago a belligerent Trump supporter threatened passengers while on a flight, but was allowed to remain on board––though he was eventually banned from Delta for life.
