A four-day workweek should be normalized, right? Charlotteans believe a shorter workweek could be the solution to the city’s “collective burnout”.

According to Axios Charlotte’s work-balance survey, 85% of Charlotteans said they work five days a week and 10% work 6-7 days a week.

Studies show cutting back on the workweek has proven to make people happier and more productive. Wouldnt you agree?

Just look at other countries that have shorter work weeks. CNN reports Iceland is the second happiest place on earth. This could be because the entire country adopted a four-day workweek, that’s without cutting pay.
