Which makes us wonder what are the most anticipated albums of 2018?

According to Forbes Magazine, here’s a list of six Hip Hop albums we should be looking forward to this coming year.

Starting off with Iggy Azalea, now if you remember at the top of last year, the Australian rapper was supposed to release her sophomore album in 2016 but was pushed back to 2017 but after failed single after single; i.e.; “Mo Bounce,” “Switch,” and “Team,” her record label put the album on the shelf. After having some beef with her label, which Iggy hasn’t been shy about, the blonde bombshell announced that she’s working on some new music set to drop this month. She also has an entirely new album called Surviving The Summer set to drop at some point later this year.

The two announced they were working on solo projects but recently revealed they actually planning on releasing SremmLife 3 at some point this year. A single has already been released from the project called “Perplexing Pegasus,”so it seems the two are in perfect position for their third album in the first half of 2018.

Drake has been pretty quiet on the music front. As one of the biggest artists right now, that’s pretty huge. But we also know that Drake likes to work in silence and for all we know he could be working on his latest album, playlist, etc. to drop later on this year. The Toronto rapper who has dropped a project every year since 2009 deserves a break but I think it’s time for Drake to grace us with his musical presence in 2018.

The Migos have certainly had a wild year since their #1 hit “Bad And Boujee” hit the charts and all three members have been successful solo because of it. Their sophomore project, Culture debut in early 2017 and hit the Billboard 200. The trio is tapped to do the same with their third album, Culture 2 when it drops in 2018. And with hits like, “Motorsport” featuring Nicki Minaj and Cardi B, it seems the trap group is poised to take over 2018 also.
