The future is bright for Charlotte Hornets guard LaMelo Ball, coming up on his second year in the NBA.
The 20-year-old is ‘rare’ as he describes himself. Ball’s rookie year he averaged 15.7 points, 5.9 rebounds 6.1 assists.
After fracturing his wrist mid-season, fans thought that was it for Ball’s first year in the league. However, after surgery and rehab, Ball was cleared to return to play and was still able to claim NBA 2020-21 Rookie of the Year award.
