It’s been a declining season so far for New England Patriots wide receiver Antonio Brown. Amid the rape and assault allegations, Nike who provides Brown with everything under the sun including a check, has decided to give him the boot. No confirmation if the allegations led to the decision, but Nike did comment “Antonio Brown is not a NIKE athlete”.
Earlier this week, an unnamed accuser claims Brown texted her in a group message urging someone to look into the history of her back ground. Of course the texts were turned over to the NFL, and that has caused another investigation against him. As of right now,he will make his home debut as a Patriot, but if he’s put on the commissioner exempt list, he will be ineligible to play this Sunday versus the NewYork Jets.
