Watch out Usian Bolt you aren’t the only bolt causing uproars. One of the biggest cartoon characters in the world has caused a thunder bolt lighting uproar. The developer “GameFreak” has been under fire from it’s attempt to globalize the brand by making the characters have more universal names that sit well in both simplified and traditional in Chinese. Doing do will cause the iconic Pikachu to be renamed. Protesters have sat in front of Japanese Consulate in Hong Kong we will keep you updated with the updates on Pikachu. The new Pokemon games are expected for release in November of 2016.
